Barista On-Demand Package
Best for corporate functions & large-scale events
A simple, hassle-free option where guests purchase their own drinks directly from the cart.
How it works:
Guests choose and pay for their own coffee on the day
Ideal for events where organisers don’t wish to cover drink costs
Call Out / Set-Up Fee:
Applicable for events with fewer than 200 patrons
Waived for events with 200+ patrons
This package is a cost-effective solution that still delivers high-quality coffee and professional service.

Coffee On Us Package
Perfect when you want to treat your guests
A flexible package that allows you to decide how much coffee you’d like to cover for your attendees.
Option A: Prepaid Coffee Tab
Event organiser pays a call-out fee plus a prepaid drink amount
Drinks are tracked until the prepaid limit is reached
This option gives you full cost control while offering complimentary coffee to your guests.
Option B: Pay-as-Consumed
Event organiser pays a minimum charge (outlined upon enquiry)
Guests receive complimentary coffee
Total drinks served are tracked, and an invoice is issued after the event for the actual amount sold
This option offers maximum flexibility, with peace of mind through a minimum spend.

Community Brew Package

How it works:
Event organiser pays a call-out / set-up fee
Guests purchase their own drinks
A percentage of total coffee sales is donated back to your fundraiser (percentage based on total sales)
