Perfect for corporate and large-scale events, this package offers a straightforward approach where guests pay for their own drinks.
Call Out Fee/Set Up Fee:
Applicable for events with fewer than 200 patrons.
Waived for events with 200+ patrons.
In this package, all attendees enjoy the freedom to choose and pay for their own coffee, making it an economical choice for event organizers.

Package #2
This flexible two-part package allows you to choose how to best cover drink costs for your guests.
Option A: Prepaid Drinks
Event organizers pay a set call out fee and an additional amount for drinks.
I track the drinks served until the prepaid amount is reached.
This option allows you to manage costs effectively while treating your guests to delightful coffee.
Option B: Flexible Drinks
Event organizers pay a minimum charge, outlined upon inquiry.
I serve drinks free to guests, keeping track of sales, and send an invoice post-event for the actual amount sold.
This option offers flexibility, ensuring your patrons can enjoy coffee without limitations, with a minimum charge still in effect if sales are low.

Package #3
Ideal for fundraising events, this package combines delicious coffee with the spirit of giving.
Event organizers pay a call out fee/set up fee.
Guests pay for their own drinks, with the added benefit that I will donate a percentage of sales back to your fundraiser, based on the amount sold.
